We have always focused our
business on agriculture, thus trying to exploit our land in
every aspect. The farm stands up on the hills of Fasano, near
Alberobello, and stretches over 12Ha used for vineyards and
farming. Over the last few years, we have adopted organic farming
systems. Aware of the socio-cultural interest elicited by country
traditions, we thought about refurbishing our trulli which date
from the sixteenth century, and offer new farm tourism opportunities. |

The Restaurant has two halls
accommodating some 100 persons. The ancient limestone building
has been carefully and accurately restored, enhancing its original
features, and its rooms are especially welcoming and evocative.
During the Summer, the gazebo located in the large garden is
also used to accommodate guests. The cuisine focuses on traditional
dishes, prepared with a large number of products coming from
the farm: cheeses, dairy products, eggs, bread, meat and wine.
